Media accreditation for the FIFA Fan Fest™ in Kazan will be carried out only subject to presenting a valid passport and one of the enlisted documents:
To access the FIFA Fan Fest™, media representatives must receive an additional pass in the FIFA Fan Fest™ Accreditation Centre and sign Rules and Conditions of visiting the FIFA Fan Fest™.

In order to collect media passes to the FIFA Fan Fest, media representatives should show a passport and valid accreditation (see the paragraph above).
To ensure the most efficient and convenient work of media and broadcasting representatives, the following services will be provided:
1) Media Working Area
The Media Working Area represents a temporary pavilion of 225 m2, consisting of:
Period of operation: daily from June 14 to July 15, 2018.
Opening hours: The Media Working Area begins its work two hours prior to the first match of a day.
2) Platform for photo and video cameras
The platform has a capacity for at least 10 photographers and 6 camera people. To get access to the platform, accredited media representatives should reserve a spot on the media platform and also at camera positions in one of the following ways:
Media rights licensees will be provided with privileged access to positions on the media platform.
Access to the platform is given only to those wearing a special vest.
3) On-stage camera positions
There are camera positions located in the stage area. To get access to the on-stage positions, accredited media representatives should leave a request at the information desk in the Media Working Area.
Media rights licensees will be provided with privileged access to the on-stage camera positions.
Access to the on-stage camera positions is given only to those wearing a special vest and accompanied by a media operation manager.
4) Interview zone
There is an interview zone located on the stage. To get access to this zone, accredited media representatives should leave a request at the information desk in the Media Working Area. Access is given only to those wearing a special vest and accompanied by a media operation manager.
5) Broadcast compound
The broadcast compound is located next to the Media Working Area.
To get access to the broadcast compound, media representatives should fill in the application form and email it to email@example.com (Only questions related to media operations at the FIFA Fan Fest™ in Kazan will be considered. All other questions will not be addressed).
Please note that in order to get access to the Festival, representatives of broadcasting companies (including drivers) should have valid media accreditation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ or city press centre accreditation. Based on one of these accreditations, they will get an additional pass in the FIFA Fan Fest™ accreditation centre.
A dining area will be organised in close vicinity to the Media Working Area, where media representatives will be able to purchase hot and cold appetizers, and drinks.
You can pay with a card, cash or PayPass. In case of payments with cash, only Russian rubles are accepted.
Press Cafe works every day during the opening hours of the FIFA Fan Fest™.
The use of the radio electronic devices (RED) on the territory of the Russian Federation is governed by the existing legislation of the Russian Federation and regulatory documents in the areas of communication. To use the RED on the territory of the FIFA Fan Fest™, all holders of the RED must receive a mandatory license to use radio frequencies and radio frequency channels.
In the absence of the license it is mandatory to contact the organising committee in advance by applying to Mediafirstname.lastname@example.org including email@example.com in the Copy field.
In case a user possesses the license on a permanent basis, this license should be also sent to the above mentioned emails. The RED includes a wide range of radio electronic devices used for any aim. Major types of the devices are enlisted below. In accordance with the Regulations on examination of possibility of the use of the declared RED and their electromagnetic compatibility with existing and planned RED, radio frequencies and radio-frequency channels dedication within a given radio frequency band registered by the State Commission on Radio Frequencies № 11-13-02 on 20 December 2011, the next types of the RED require a mandatory license to use radio frequencies and radio frequency channels and to access the FIFA Fan Fest™ venue:

The use of the RED on the territory of the FIFA Fan Fest™ without the license processed with due diligence is prohibited.
Accredited media representatives are entitled to carry in the professional equipment only when passing through the checkpoint for accredited persons. It is prohibited to carry the professional equipment when passing through the checkpoint for spectators.
The professional equipment does not require any additional accreditation.
The parking zones are not provided at the territory of the FIFA Fan Fest. We recommend you using means of public transport or municipal parkings.
During the preparation and staging of the Festival, media and broadcasting representatives will be provided with information support on issues related to accreditation and media services via a common mailbox: Mediafirstname.lastname@example.org (Only questions related to media operations at the FIFA Fan Fest™ in Kazan will be considered. All other questions will not be addressed).
